It has to do with stress and anemia. That is actually a known fact that some women get yeast infections because of stress! Anemia sure doesn’t help in the healing factor, either.
You can NOT get the HIV from having a wax. Just like you can’t get it by drinking from the same straw as an infected person or using their utensils.
Here is a link to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) on how the HIV is REALLY spread.

Educate yourself and relax!
Why not go to your doctor? Perhaps face-to-face medical attention would work far better than putting the question to this audience. If you’re not happy with your doctor, go to another. If you can’t do that, access one of the many on-line medical websites for advice from an actual physician. You could try http://www.medquestions.com for one.
You need to breathe. I seriously doubt you contracted HIV while getting waxed. You just have recurrent yeast infections. Call your doctor in the morning and go back for more medicine. Ask the doc about other methods of prevention–to keep your ph balanced. Eating yogurt can help, cotton underwear, make sure you are clean during the day, no tight undies, soda bathes, etc. Go online also, there are suggestions on there to fight infections. There are also OTC methods other than monistat at health food stores.
you need to see a gynecologist or free clinic, if you dont have insurance I highly doubt you have AIDS.Yeast infections can be caused by the clothes you wear, certain foods medications, among a few. Try a prescription med andor health food /supplement Acidophyllius I ‘m not sure of the spelling but tell the store you are looking for the supplement which contains the same cultures found in yougurt ( Also eat alot of yougurt with live active cuktures it will say so on the label) They will know what you are talking about, and they are fairly inexpensive.Relax.Also have your gyn check for any other sex transmitable diesease if you have EVER been active. Good Luck
I would call your doctor and tell them your symptoms and make an appointment and hey may be able to make sure it is a yeast infection or something else though I doubt you can get aids from a bikini wax!
For a start calm down! It is highly unlikely u have anything other than an annoying case of thrush. Thrush is extremely common and can be brought back on by a number of things (one of these being STRESS!) Occasionally the body can become immune to certain types of medication if they have been used often but as u say this is only second time i doubt this is the case. Thrush can be aggrivated by soaps, washing powders, bubble baths etc so these all need to go! Thrush is very often associated with using antibiotics and certain other meds too so if u have used owt like this lately check with gp as they may be a trigger factor in u. I know every time my 4 year old boy is given antibiotics he gets thrush, now i know to ask for thrush cream at same time!
My advice is as follows:
Use natural youghurt as the bacteria kills the infection.
1) Get a 2nd and 3rd if necessary(tho i wud doubt it) dose of Diflucan tablet. This is a good option and generally has good results.
2) At same time use a well known thrush cream such as Canestan for the outside of the vagina and get a vaginal pessary(looks like a tablet that you put inside you like a tampon and it turns to a sort of chalky stuff). By using more than one method you obviously increase your chances of fighting it.
3) Thin 100% cotton underwear washed out thourghly in nothing but hot water – do not use washing powder or conditioners these irrrate the skin further
4) No underwear that does not conform to number 3) ie no thongs or fancy lace. This is partly for irritation as mentioned above, partly cus pessary can be messy and u dont wanna ruin nice underwear!
5) No soaps/bubble bath/bath bombs etc in bath just simple warm water.
6) Do not have bath water too hot.
7) Make sure you wear leggings or pj bottoms at night so u dont scratch area in ur sleep (I kept making things worse by doing this when wearing a nightie)
9)Keep stress to a minimum – More stress, more likely thrush will stick around!
10)As discusting as it sounds, when in the shower try to use ur index finger to scoop out as much of the white gunk as u can and rinse the area well – ive found this always helps whenever i get an attack.
And finally, you dont mention a partner but if you are sexually active STOP as you will keep getting reinfected. Do not have sex again until your treatment has worked and any partners have also been treated. Even if they dont show signs of thrush they may still have it so dont risk it!
Hopefully by following these it will soon clear up. If you are not noticing a positive difference in 2 weeks go see a doctor.
Have the next check if u feel u need to but chances of u having HIV are extremely small hun.
idk go to the doctors!!!!!!!!!!
