Yeast infection, don't want to go to the doctor?

Hey there. I just found out that I have a vaginal yeast infection, but I haven’t told anyone else. I hate doctors, and I don’t want/know how to tell my mom! Does anyone have any advice?

tell your mom where you can get medicine to treat the yeast infection don’t put if off it will only get worse.
If you are sure it is a yeast infection then there are all kinds of over the counter treatments. Go to the drugstore and get some monistat
You can usually buy over the counter treatments. Talk to your pharmacist
its very common so dont get scared to tell your mom but if you really dont want to go to the store and go by the tampons and there will be stuff by tampons to get it to go away good luck
There is a whole isle full of over the counter yeast infection treatments. It’s in the same isle as the condoms and tampons. However, a lot of these involve vaginal suppositories which are not pleasant. If you go to a doctor they will almost always give you an oral medication instead. It’s not anything to not tell your mom over. I mean, obviously you don’t want other people to know, but your mom will understand and can help. Yeast infections can be caused by basically anything. Most of the time if you do any sports at all you will get yeast infections. It stinks, but that’s life.
