The Candida diet and everything that comes with it is a challenge at first believe me. After struggling with Candida for about 6 years I finally eliminated it using a variety of treatments. The one thing for sure though is if I didn't stay disciplined with my diet it would have all fallen apart. This isn't to say you have to eat all raw vegetables but you MUST eliminate sugar as much as possible. The next step beyond this is actually eliminating grains fully, I tried that for a while and made huge progress but I'm relatively lean so from a calorie perspective it wasn't realistic. All in all, you need to ask yourself if you want to eat toxic food that currently tastes good to you or if you want to actually get better. The diet doesn't have to be permanent but it should be a major change that following your Candida elimination you try to stick to as best as you can. Hi there,
