When in relation to my period do I start taking seasonique?

i was given a 3 month pack of seasonique. i want to know when i can start taking this. the first day is on a sunday so i figured i’d take it then, but i should be starting my period within the next week. should i wait till my period is over or just not worry about it and take it on sunday?

Wait until the sunday after your period so the hormones will work with your body rather than against it and you will have less bleeding between periods.
