What is the difference between a yeast infection and a bladder infection (read details)?
I had a yeast infection and i went to the doctor and the doctor gave me medicine but now it almost seems as if it has came back should i go back to the doctor or should i try self treatment first but i am almost afraid that it might be a bladder infection i know yeast infections and bladder infections have the same symptoms. i have done my research but i am still undecided.

No, they don’t really have the same symptoms at all. A yeast infection is very itchy and usually has a thick white discharge. A bladder infection makes it painful to urinate and it feels like you have to pee all the time.
Bladder the urethra would burn when you pee and ache otherwise or it could just be the urinary tract you may even have blood in the urine. but with yeast the private part itself burns and you have discharge.
Yeast infections are usually itchy and burn on the outside. They also cause a cottage cheese looking discharge. Bladder infections cause pain when you urinate, and can burn during urinating.
The symptoms are quite different. When you have a yeast infection, you will experience itching and discharge. with a bladder infection you might experience some pain in the lower portion of your abdomen and you will have a constant urge to urinate.
yeast is outer, bladder is inner. maybe you should try cleaning yourself better
I don’t know why you would think they have the same symptoms.
Signs of yeast infections:
White, cottage cheese-like discharge
Swelling and pain around the vulva
Intense itching
Signs of a bladder infection (UTI)
A frequent need to urinate and pain or burning while urinating are the most common symptoms. Even with the frequent need to urinate, sometimes very little comes out. There is NO vaginal discharge and no itching.
