Help me out guys. Im in no real pain, but the irritation is really horrible. I am barely able to work.

Yeast infections are no laughing matter and thousands of people each year are affected. The condition is caused due to an overgrowth of fungus called Candida Albicans. if you really want to get rid of yeast infection then you must follow these tips:
1) Eat yogurt!!!! It contains helpful bacteria (live cultures, including acidophilus and bifidus) that destroy yeast. Use only plain yogurt with active cultures.
2) Douche with a solution of 1 to 3 tbsp. vinegar in a quart of water. Repeat once a day while having symptoms, but no longer than a week.
3) Decrease or eliminate sugar and sugary foods. Sugar promotes yeast growth.
4) Use a garlic clove as a suppository. Garlic contains a natural anti-fungal agent.
5) Try gentian violet. It’s a traditional remedy for yeast and other infections, and can be found in pharmacies. Swab the area with it once or twice a day. Make sure to use a thick pad – it stains everything.
6) Use an herbal douche. Combine equal amounts of sage, raspberry and comfrey with 1/4 part goldenseal. This can be combined with cider vinegar.
7) You must use herbal treatment. In that case Yeastrol is really good (probably the best) product that gets rid of yeast infection comparatively fast and makes you feel more confident knowing that it wont reappear again!
And of course it is better if you use full course (5 months – if I remember correctly). For me it worked very fast + I dont get yeast infections anymore…

You need to be sure that it is actually a yeast infection. If it is you can use the over the counter medication for yeast infection that women use. Just buy it in the tube, not pre -filled applicators. Apply it 3 to 4 times a day. Keep using for 5 to 7 days even if you feel better, otherwise it will come back. Eat yogurt, try not to eat sugar.
Also, a doctor can prescribe a pill that you could take.

First off, I’m sorry to hear you have a yeast infection. I know this can be both painful and embarrassing. You should really start out by visiting your doctor for a professional diagnosis to make sure it’s actually a yeast infection you’re dealing with, and not something else.
Once you’re sure it’s a yeast infection, you can treat it by:
- Avoiding sugar as much as possible (yeast live on sugar).
- Eating SUGAR FREE yogurt with live acidophilus cultures, at least two cups every day.
- Eat lots of garlic, which is anti-fungal.
- Apply the SUGAR FREE yogurt to the affected area for a few minutes three times every day.
- Apply crushed garlic (as pasty as you can make it) to the affected area for a few minutes, three times per day.
Following the above home remedies should have you all cured within a week. If you are still not better in a week, time to see the doctor. Best of luck!
