What else, besides a vaginal infection, could cause a strong odor after sex?
I’m 21, and have never had children. I only have had one sexual partner, my husband (and just to clarify neither of us have any STD’s)
I get a pap every 6 months and I’ve never had a yeast infection. I don’t have skin irritation and the odor isn’t fishy. I take showers/baths often and use mild soaps without dyes or fragrance, so it’s not that I’m not clean.
I always smell it really stongly after sex. What could cause this?

I know what you mean, I think it’s just the combinations of the fluids. It sounds weird, I know, but I get the same thing and it’s only after sex, so that’s gotta be it.
i think the combination of your 2 odors could cause this. is he uncut? i found my first boyfriend was uncut, i always found i smelt bad after sex, done want to blame it on him being uncut because i have been with another and there wasn’t a bad smell. i think it was his fault, try a nice hot bath with some vinegar in it, it’s good.
those fluids have a strong odor; an unpleasant one; phermones is the word for it i think; i would suggest not borrowing trouble. when was your last vaginal exam by a doctor?
A strong smell after sex could be caused by a medicine your Hubby is taking. I noticed this when my ex husband began taking certain medicines.
Mostly likely it is the smell of his semen.
