What does a bladder infection feel like?
My lower abdomen area is sore and feels bloated. I thought maybe it was just my female organ area as I have endometriosis. But now when I pee it hurts toward the end. I feel like my insides are swallon and going to pop. What do you think I have? How do I know if it could be a kidney or bladder infection? How can I know the difference?
Ealier today, I felt really nauceous and crampy but thought it was because I had too much popcorn last night at the movies.

Usually there is no way to tell the difference between the two infections. Occasionally a kidney infection might involve some pain in the lower back where the kidneys are located. Both infections however cause irritating burning pain in the lower abdomen, it also hurts like hell when you pee. If I were you I would see a doctor. either way you will need a proper diagnoses and you will need to treat whatever it is. A doctor will more than likely get you to pee in a cup, and if it is an infection he will simply prescribe you some antibiotics.
I had a problem with the tube running from my kidney to my bladder until I was 5. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me so I had SEVERE UTIs for the first 5 years of my life. It hurts to pee. Your abdomen can feel sore. You can find blood in your urine. And when you wait long enough you spike a fever and feel crampy. You might have a bladder infection. See your physical and until then, pick up a bottle of cranberry juice. Good luck!
you would know if you had a kidney infection, you would have the worst back ache of your life! Trust me, I know from personal experience. Usually with a blatter or urinary tract infection, your urine will be darker, and smell foul…or it will hurt when you urinate, like a stinging sensation. And you will have to urinate more frequently as well. But sometimes, the symptoms wont even show up when you have one. I would go to your family practioner…they will make you pee in a cup and test your urine. Take your temperature…usually if you have an infection you will have a higher temp. You might be on your ovulation schedule…that can hurt sometimes.
