It could be a yeast infection but my mom just had a bladder infection she thought it was a yeast infec (same symptoms) tried treating with otc meds. Long story short she masked the bladder infec with treating the yeast infec. The infection spread all over her body and was hospitalized for 2 days. The only other symptoms she has was slight fatigue, all the serious syptoms became present an hr before passing out. The chances of this are probably slim but probably wouldn’t hurt seeing your doc to know for sure!
yes yeast infections make it very itchy! if you just go to king soopers r a grocery store you can get a 3 day treatment to it and it goes away. Sometimes it burns try the treatment and if that doesnt help them go to a doctor.

Since you’ve never had a yeast infection DO NOT use anything from the store for it. Call your gynecologist for an appointment FIRST to rule out any other infection.
