what are the signs you might have a narrow urethra?

just wanting to know what the signs of a narrow urethra are, reason i ask is i have a hard time when i orgasm. Me and my fiancee are trying to have kids.

Well, your urethra has nothing to do with orgasms. You pee out of the urethra, that’s all it does for you.
Also, you don’t need to have an orgasm during sex to get pregnant.
Any restriction of the urethra tube can be referred to as a “narrow urethra,” whether or not the entire length of the urethra is narrow. Some symptoms of a narrow urethra include burning or painful urination, a reduction in volume and force of the urine stream, problems starting a urine stream, and leaking. These symptoms can also be the result of a urinary or bladder infection. If you suspect you have a narrow urethra, or are having problems passing urine, you should ask doctor or a urologist who specializes in urinary tract issues.
