What are some good medicines for yeast infections?

I am 20 weeks pregnant with #2 and I have a pretty bad yeast infection. I only get them when I’m pregnant and I would love to know of some medicines that I can take and get the best results(that will not effect my baby)? Thanks for all the answers in advance!
