Oral thrush is right. You probably have a yeast infection as well. Return to your physician’s office and request a prescription for Diflucan or something similar.
A yeast infection is when you having itching down below, it may also be red and sore, and smell. So if you have all those then you have a yeast infection. And what do you mean about your tounge? add details

Hon, the infection on your tongue is oral thrush. This can actually be caused by taking antibiotics but it is treated by another set of medications (a nasty cycle, I know but this is usually how it works). Call your doctor ASAP because this will need to be treated right away and he may need to give you vaginal suppositories for your internal yeast infection. Sorry you are going through this, but it does happen to some people. Btw…this side effect should have been listed on the patient monograph that came with your antibiotics. Good luck!
Edit: You may also want to look into your diet. If you are eating things with a lot of sugar you may want to refine your diet b/c that can contribute to recurrent yeast infections.
