Take them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Stomach acid kills off a certain percentage of them and you want to get them passed safely from the stomach and into the intestinal tract. Drink a full glass of water with it to help dilute the stomach acid and to wash it beyond the stomach, wait 20 minutes before eaching your first solid food.
