This is not normally found with yeast. I have heard that some women get yeast infections for so bad and so long that they might have some bleeding but this is usually only after having repeated yeast infections for months. I doubt that the bleeding is from the yeast. Definitely call the doctors office though. I’m guessing they gave you Diflucan or the generic form and I don’t believe any bleeding is a side effect of that drug.
You probably broke the skin when you were washing it. I wouldn’t worry about it if you don’t see any obvious scabs or cuts. Probably from the dry skin and rash.
