I have a massive Oregano bush, if I infuse or liquidate it and spray it on my tomatoes is there any chance it will combat the fungal blight?

It is worth a try, mix it with some Tea Tree oil and a small amount of Woolite as a sticker. They are both anti fungals in animals but it is questionable that they would be also useful in plants. But if you want to experiment you might make a new discovery.
Next year do not plant tomatoes in the same spot. They will leave lots of spore which will repeat the same disease.
