Assuming you are talking about vaginal yeast infection, you could try Natural LIVE yogurt.The key is not the yogurt itself but the bacteria, lactobacillus acidophilus, in the yogurt. This helps the body maintain, or regain, its natural pH level. The yogurt needs to be introduced into the vagina with a tampon or syringe (minus the needle!)

You need plain yogurt, it has bacteria that will eat up the yeast infection in minutes. You need to insert about a tea spoonful ‘there’ and wait. It will be all good in no time.
