Monistat?? the one day treatment. yeast infections.? how long till the one day treatment is over?

my first time using it. I was wondering how long before the treatment is over? is it a few hours? 8 hours? or does it really take 24 hours.

also are there any side effects like if you end up really not having a yeast infection? I do not have health insurance so i cannot go to the doctors for a check up

It keeps working after one day. Visit http://www.monistat.com . If it isn’t a yeast infection, it will do nothing. There is an over the counter, test strip now that can determine if you actually have a yeast infection. Not sure of the name. It probably tells you on that web site. Hope that helps.
I would wear a maxi pad while your cream is in you.

It could take up to 24 hours before it starts to clear up. There are no side effect if you do not have a yeast infection. You can always go to Planned Parenthood if there is one in your area. They will most likely see you for free and will get you in right away if you tell them you are in pain. Also they will test to see if it’s a yeast infection.
