There’s nothing you can do to avoid miscarriages. I had a miscarriage and got pregnant again 2 months after and I lost that baby too. My doctor told me I could try whenever I’m ready and I did everthing possible to carry that baby to full term.
I know it’s worrying but have faith, it rarely strikes twice, I guess i was an exception.

Maybe if you had lighter periods, you would not fall.
there isnt really anything you can do to avoid a miscarriage. they just happen. but you have every chance of everything going well for you this time. just avoid smoking and drinking, and take your folic acid till you are twelve weeks pregnant. hope everything goes ok for you.
Congrats in most cases the second pregnancy goes well but not in all I hope yours goes good. Women are actually more likely to get pregnant again after a misscarriage and a D&C I had a M/c in feb and by may was 2 months pregnant again now Im proud mommy of 3 month old baby boy
