Is a probiotic supplement something that only benefits your digestive system?
I guess what I’m asking is, if you take a probiotic supplement, do these good bacteria cultures only benefit the digestive system, or do they have any other practical benefits for the body beside digestion?

It benefits your digestive system, but as a consequence, your whole body. Starting with immune system in a massive way. But also every part of your body (brain etc) because they help your gut to better treat and absorb the nutrients in the food you eat. If your gut flora is healty to start with, the benefit might not be tremendous, but this is often not the case because of modern life styles. If you have too many "bad bacteria" then, the benefits may be great, including also for your mind, mood, attitudes etc
I’m not sure, the only thing I do know is that it puts back the necessary bacteria that antibiotics take away. I assume it would only help the digestive system, but a healthy digestive system benefits the enire body.
Scientists have found a range of potentially beneficial medicinal uses for probiotics:
Managing Lactose Intolerance
Prevention of Colon Cancer
Cholesterol Lowering
Lowering Blood Pressure
Improving Immune Function and Preventing Infections
Reducing Inflammation
Improving Mineral Absorption
Prevents Harmful Bacterial Growth Under Stress

Not the only thing rather an add on that boosts your digestive system.
well, if you have improved digestion, you have better nutrient distribution.. and what does improved nutrient distribution help…? everything in your body over time… maybe?
A probiotic supplement is usually a combination of various strains of micro organisms. These microorganisms are also referred to as good bacteria. We need these good bacteria for not only digestion, but for good health in general. It is very practical to take a good quality probiotic to regularly expose them to the digestive tract, as these bacteria once were abundant on our fresh vegtables, but thanks to pesticides are not longer present, or present in low amounts. The worlds finest probiotic is In Liven, as it is not only certified organic, but it is also predigested, which is very important.
Without a balanced digestive tract ….. illness/disease follows.
I agree that this can help eliminate a number of problems. I would suggest that you use Optiflora. This natural product guarantees that the live good bacteria gets into the intestine where it can start doing its job. This is a patented product and to my knowledge the only one that guarantees the delivery of live bacteria.
