For now, start eating yogurt – the plain, unsweetened kind. Acidophilous is an candida fighter – however it is easily killed by other antibiotics.

I was with the same partner for 7 yr. and I had 7 yrs. of Candida infections. I had been treated over and over. he was also treated, doctor said we were passing it back and forth. turned out I was allergic to his sperm. obviously we did not marry. never had the problem again. except after antibiotic. which is normal.

I have had it on and off in my intestines for about 20 years.
Got it from too many antibiotics and too much yeast from bread and beer etc.

It sucks.
I have bloating, gas, itching inside my ears, my eyes are irritated and vision gets blurry, no energy, depression, oral thrush, CRAVE starchy foods late at night, and all the other symptoms…
I’m a guy… it is not just a female problem.

The one thing that has helped me is a product called Three-Lac… available online.. even on e-bay.
I stopped taking it because it was a bit pricey.
Will order some more soon.
