I have a question about milky white discharge!?
I have started my period about 4 months ago and have been dealing with this milky white discharge. I know it means my period is coming soon, but it has a smelly odor. How do i prevent that odor?

Any type of foul odor indicates that an infection is present, so you will need to see your doctor for an evaluation. At this point I would refrain from any type of over the counter medications, until you see your doctor to determine what specific infection is present so the proper treatment can be prescribed. You also need to refrain from douching as douching can not only disrupt the normal pH of your body, but can also make it more open to infection. Also avoid any type of sprays or powders.
is it cu.m?
its a yeast infection
get monistat or something. itll clear up.
its a normal thing
Panty liners can help. If it has an odour it might just be sweat or natural….ahem….lady bits smell. If it is really bad, it could be an infection.
i’m guessing you have bv.. bacterial vaginosis.. or a yeast infection you should probably go see your doc….
Unfortunately, it smells naturally. Theres no real way of preventing it, sorry. =(
Anyway, good luck!! x
In some cases this discharge is normal. However, if it has a foul odor to it you should seek the help of a gynecologist. It is possible that you could have bacterial vaginosis. If this is the case the physician will prescribe antibiotics to clear the infection. Note that this is not the same as a yeast infection and Monistat will not work on it.
UGH! I threw up in my mouth! I didn’t think girls can do that! Maybe your a man?!
whoever the fuck said cum is an ignorant horny bastard. Go look at porn you 12 year old.
Vaginal wetness and odor is not an uncommon problem for most women. It’s a leading complaint. Wetness is a common cause of odor and can be due to a number of reasons:
Excess perspiration
Urinary leakage
Your period, discharge from hormonal fluctuations
Sexual activity
Vaginal infections
What is normal?
Normal vaginal discharge is typically clear, milky white or slightly yellow and should not have an unpleasant odor associated with it or cause excessive burning or itching.
What is not normal?
If the discharge odor is offensive, or if it is unusual and is accompanied by abnormal discharge you may have an infection and should see your doctor.
Dunno, but I’ve dated about 70 women [yes, I'm a s.l.u.t.] and they all seemed to have that. It’s what a woman is…… Guys love it…… Get married, honey, have fun.
A lot of people will tell you it is a yeast infection, but don’t believe this unless you know this for sure. If you are experiencing a discharge about two weeks into your cycle, just remember this is totally normal. This is cervical mucus that builds up for the release of the egg from the ovary. There is a lot of it, it is really stretchy, it sort of has an ‘eggwhite’ appearance, and it is annoying – but part of being a woman. If it has an odor, it might mean you need to spruce up on your washing up technique. Make sure you wash up well (with soap) when you shower. If you wash up everyday, you shouldn’t notice any unpleasant odor down there.
If it is extremely smelly, it could be a bacterial infection – which you need to see a doctor about. Bacterial infections usually don’t show a white discharge, though – they are generally yellowish or greenish.
If it is clumpy like cottage cheese and has a ‘beer’ or ‘bread’ type odor, then it could be a yeast infection.
