I had a horrible vaginal infection/yeast infection. I got medicane but i kept having sex, with the same person who also had a infection. I took medicine but it didnt work because i kept having sex. So could it have got so bad that i got blisters and it got swollen and my docotrs thought it was herpes? because my boyfriend doesnt have herpes and i never cheated?

well, it could have gotten that irritated, yes.
however, you might not have cheated. but you said your boyfriend had the same infection, could it be he possible cheated and got the clap?
both of you need to go get tested like now before it gets worse. if you have herpes, that is incurable, but treatable. and you will know who gave it to you, even though that means he cheated.
either way, you should go to the doctor and restrain from sex until after you get it taken care of.

1–When you have any kind of vaginal infection, you should not have sex,or at the very least, use a condom!
2–Were you tested for herpes? And if so, and you tested positive, was your boyfriend tested? How do you know?

You are too young, at least mentally.
If you have a yeast infection and have sex, you’re passing it on to him and he’ll give it back to you and so on. So when you’re treating yourself with medication, you need to treat him as well or you’ll never get rid of it. Of course if you use a condom, you don’t need to worry about passing it on to him and your problem is solved. Blisters etc doesn’t sound like a regular yeast infection to me.
