How I get rid of a urinary tract infection?
Well I have a UTI and it is making my urine smell really foul. I really hate the strong odor coming out of it and I hate the burning sensation when I have to urinate. Can anyone help me? I just want it all to go away but if you have any tips on getting rid of the bad smell, than please tell. I’ve also been drinking cranberry juice which doesn’t help.

Well the best thing for you to really do is go see your health care provider… family practitioner.
However , if for some reason you can’t, there are a few things that may help, thing is if there is a bacterial infection, nothing will fix it for good but antibiotics from the Dr.
First thing, Stop drinking anything but water, and drink LOTS of water.
Apple Cider Vinegar,( preferably organic unpasteurized) about two tables spoons down the hatch, once or twice a day.
Yes it doesn’t taste pleasant, I suggest having about a half a cup of your favorite sweet beverage
close by to "chase" it with. Helps get the taste away quickly. After that back to water.
Other than that, if you cranberry juice is not helping, theres really not much more you can do, but go see a Dr. and you probably need to anyway. Hope this helps, and you improve!
You need to go to the doctor and get drugs for it. No home remedy will work.
You need to see a doctor, give a sample and get antibiotics. UTIs can be deadly if they advance to your kidneys. Don’t mess around.
Drink LOTS of cranberry juice!…"One with no sugar added" and take bacterial culture such as plain yogurt or acidophiles (can have more than one type) OR better still, open the acidophiles pills (about two on empty stomach into the sugarless yogurt and if you NEED a bit of sweet, make it a natural sugar substitute…look in health food stores for it, definitely cut down on the sugar while you are having this problem and sometime after, to be sure. Sugar feeds yeast which may overtake the natural bacteria in your bowls and you need this to fight infections, etc. So all you are doing is getting back your balance. Imbalance of yeast vs. bacteria in your intestines can be cause by antibiotics, others medications and sometimes hormonal changes (such as menstruation cycles). Take care!
Monik.
Cystex will relieve the symptoms. It is an over-the-counter medication. It is a urinary analgesic as well as an antibiotic.
You should honestly see a doctor, though, because if you let it go too long you could get a kidney infection and those simply SUCK.
