How do you remove splinters from my son’s urethra?

He was playing in the woods naked with our neighbor Phillip who is 71, and was also naked. 5 minutes later I could hear moaning and crying in the woods. My son came out of the woods and told me he fell down and lodged splinters up his penis hole. Blood is pouring out of his urethra like a faucet. What should I do?

Get him to the ER now. This is not good and he needs IMMEDIATE medical attention. You should not remove the splinters at home by yourself. You could possibly do a lot of damage. Get him to the ER ASAP!!! I hope all is well with him!!!
I hope when you read this your son has already seen a doctor. Serous things like that are things doctors need to take care of but be advise you will have a lot of explaining to do when they ask you about how he got those splinters in the first place. What you just typed does not sound right at all, but to each their own. I feel for your son and I hope he is alright.
I just asked my brother who work with physicians and he said chop it off not the penis the splinter. Then use band-aids.
