		<description>There is no way of telling really unless its a lot lighter than your usual period, hardly enough to see except on a tissue when you wipe yourself.

Periods usually contain enough blood/womb lining that you need to wear a tampon or pad at least for a couple of days. If its this heavy and happens when you normally would expect your period then I would think it indicates you are not pregnant.</description>

		<description>When I first found out I was pregnant they said it was very early on and they didn&#039;t think it had yet implanted. A couple of days later I had some pinkish brownish discharge overnight - went back a couple of days after that (I&#039;m being closely monitored because I&#039;ve been suffering from bad stomach ache - they wanted to check where it was i.e. to check that it wasn&#039;t epotic) and low and behold it&#039;s implanted and in the right place!

The discharge (it was more discharge than spotting) was pinky brownish with no smell - like the sort that you get towards the end of your period.
