How do I deal with really heavy Periods?
Okay, I only started getting periods a few months ago so I’m new to this. But this month it’s really. freaking. Heavy. It’s driving me insane and is getting worse to the point of blood dripping onto the carpet when I’m trying to change the products. I have to change the products about six times a day! I really hate this and feel uncomfortable doing PE at school and one time I had to borrow my Aunt’s product when I visited her because I didn’t have anything with me and I really needed to change the products. What do I do?

Go to the doctor and ask for help. They’ll probably offer you the Pill, which is completely awesome for lighter periods.
i suffer from that problem aswell
its part of being a girl and you and me and every other girl on the planet hates there period aswell. i just use a big pad or tampon and take regular showers to make my self feel clean and fresh. if you are feeling uncomfortable at PE just tell ur PE teacher ou feel sick OR if u have a male teacher tell them u have ur period
makes them feel uncomfortable and awkward and it gets u out of anything
good luck
BELIEVE ME I feel your pain. There’s actually a new tampon size for women with heavy flow- ultras.Heavier than super plus. They are FANTASTIC! I still have to wear both that and a pad, but at least I’m not having to change it every hour (yes, I said that right). Avoid caffiene and aspirin during that time, and Aleve works wonders for the cramps. Hope it helps!
