Pure Torture. It gets better though.
no.
My aunt said that she had her’s pretty bad.
Mine was terrible…had to wear adult diapers! Sorry…next one will be better….hopefully!
Congrats on the new baby. A bad period is probably normal, because your body is just starting the period process again after 9 months, so it will seem worse because you haven’t had one in a while.
My first period was 2 years after baby just because I went on birth control right after I got out of the hospital. It was uncomfortable because I hadn’t had one in 3 years and it lasted alot longer than normal. If your period is hurting you where you are not able to think about anything but that, then contact your doctor or clinic and get checked out. Better safe than sorry…..best of luck
My periods were rough for about 3 months after my babies were born. I had C-Sections and I just tried to think of it as my body cleaning itself out. It will get better! Good luck.
It’s natural to have a heavy flow and often with some pain, while your body is getting back to normal.
I asked my mom and she told me the family history. Then I knew what to expect. Mine was back to normal within 2 months. So, I say if you can ask your mom or a close female relative and see what they say. It worked for me.
My period got lighter and shorter after my first…then longer and heavier after my second…I’m hoping it goes back to lighter and shorter after #3.
