Herpes!!!!!?
so i think i have oral herpes. but my dad says it is something else and i should go to the doctor! it isn’t in like little clusters but i have these like scabby things all around my lips and up the side of my face. is it herpes? and i havn’t had sex ever but apparently u can get oral herpes when you are like extremely young from like fuked up relatives that effing kiss you when they have herpes. ef them for giving it 2 me! :[ this sux majorly!
i think in my description i made it sound worse than it is tho. when i said it is up my face i didn’t mean like rly weird! ha i dunno how to describe it but yah so there are like pimple like blister things like just like 5 on the lower side of one side of my face and around my mouth there are like 4 blisters like that but bigger. they pussed and they are starting to dry but if i pick at them they start pussing again.

It’s very common for a relative to kiss a child & pass on the virus (HSV-1). However, it could be something else. Only way to know is to get tested. You could go to a planned parenthood clinic (they could test you for free if you qualify for free coverage there). If it is the HSV -1(herpes) virus, you could transmit the virus to your partner via giving oral sex in the future, which would then turn into genital herpes (HSV-2). About 25% of the adult population has it, though. Good luck!
that is how herpes is more commonly passed on. if u have symptoms like dry skin, itching, burning or tingeling sensations around where u broke out then that would be oral herpes. oral herpes doesn’t have to be clusters they can be open sores as well. u can even get them from kissing someone on the mouth who has cold sores. it could be something else i would recomend an appointment with a dermatologyst maybe they can properly diagnose this for u.
to the answer above oral herpes does not turn into type2 or genital herpes but cold sores on the genitals or type1 on the gentials.
don’t pick at them that may make things worse and u could end up with scars.
