Does my oranda have swim bladder disease?

I just bought a beautiful white and orange oranda yesterday and last night i noticed that hes swimming vertically with his nose nose pointed down. I have a black moor and he seems perfectly normal. I think he has swim bladder disease… I read up on how to treat it, but what should I do about the black moor in the same tank?

it dosent sound like swim bladder b/c if he had swim bladder he would puff up and his scales would stick out and he would be pooping out red poop tha kinda looks like blood
