Biomedically, there is no *confirmed* association between the two of which I am aware. MS is an autoimmune disease. Yeast infections are a fungal overgrowth.
One of the unconfirmed claims is that MS is caused by Candida, the same fungus that causes yeast infections.
Speaking only for Chinese Medicine, the symptoms described do begin to suggest a certain pattern diagnosis, or part of a pattern diagnosis.
