what type of allergies and symptoms does s/he have?
what are the results?
which probiotics do you use?

Why did you want to suffer for so many years? What country are you in? I guess if you are in the United States or other European countries, then the doctors have not heard of the answer to eczema.
Eczema / psoriasis is sometimes caused by eating things like shellfish, or sometimes caused by stress.

You can get the water for free. Place a wanted add in Craigslist for 8.5 PH drinking water. Someone might answer the add, and be able to provide the 8.5 PH water and the 2.5 PH water to treat the skin.

Do not start with natural or herbal treatments. The danger here is that they may treat some of the symptoms however usually do nothing in building up a resistance.
That being said, probiotics have caused me a lot of problems I have had Allergies since childhood (age 6 now am 30). My mother decided to have a series of test run which was a good idea however the answers we received in europe vs. north america were disturbing.
In europe we were informed that the allergies can lessen if not exposed frequently and the use of antihistamines was prescribed as well as some forms of light antibiotics.
This did lessen the amount of allergic reactions i had however the antibiotics came with serious side effects for a child, I ended up with allergy induced asthma. This is extremely dangerous due to the treatments of biotics my lung was damaged to the point where i only had 47% of capacity. Peak floww Meters are cheap and well worth the buy to test your lung volume)
When we came to North America we were blown away as the doctors prescribed extremely strong antibiotics to a) fight the allergies b) rebuild my lungs c) reduce the chance of asthma attacks.
I ended up with 29% lung capacity and severe acne outbreaks.
I recommend to you to find a specialist in allergies as the GP’s tend to shrug this off with basic treatments which can cause more harm than do good.
The allergies i suffer are: Any form of pet with fur, Dust, Grasses, Down, Wool, Pollen, Variety of Tree and Flowers.
Symptoms include: Stuffy runny nose, Swollen eyeballs, the creation of heavy mucus in my throat and nose, Closing of the airways caused by the swelling of my airways and the accumulation of mucus, Headaches, Red Eyes, Rashes, Numbness in tongue or lips, Burning lips and or mouth, Swelling of tongue, heavy sneezing and caughing, shortness of breath, itchy skin.
In any case do see a doctor with specialty in this field.
