It depends on how severe your Candida is if it is a slight case use the natural enzymes. If you have a severe case go with the antifungals. If you notice that it starts to come back start with the enzymes to maybe cut it off at the pass.
Your body is not meant to digest fibers, that’s the definition of a fiber. . . .
Unless this is some sort of a medical condition and the supplements are doctor recommended, I would not go around messing with enzymes. SERIOUSLY.
More over your body is adapted to have some fungus. . . killing all the little microorganisms in your body is not a good thing.
