Maybe it is not a detox you need. How do you know? It could be something else. Try getting more sleep or make sure you are getting at least 8 hours a night. If you are stressed, try to destress if possible. Drinking plenty of water every day will help to flush your system to keep you healthy too. Good luck
Before you try the detox routine, you might consider going to the doc to get a panel of blood tests. It’s quite possible that you could have something like an iron deficiency or a thyroid problem.
