Yes, more than likely. I had the worst yeast infection over the past few days and had tried everything to get rid of it… (monistat included) … You can get it from not washing well, wearing tight clothes, not drinking enough fluids, etc. Oh, and don’t douche!! it makes it worse.
Trust me…!!!! go to your doctor (family doctor is fine, you don’t have to go to a ob/gyn) and ask for a prescription of DiFlucan.. My doctor gave me one pill which is all that was needed for a vaginal yeast infection and today it is all better. (the pill was about 8 dollars.. which is well worth it for not having to inject cream for 7 days). But if you dont’ want to go to the doctor, try Monistat 1 day ovule combination pack.. it works pretty good too…
its probably is a yeast infection you should avoid sweets because it only makes the infection worse and make sure you drink plenty of water….you should go to the doctor asap and see if it is a yeast infection just to be sure and they can write you a prescription for it…but for now you can use vagisil to help with some of the irration until you can get to the doctor…and you can get a yeast infection from wearing tight or wet clothing often, eating a lot of sweets, or having an allergic reaction to soap and perfume
Sounds like one to me. You can get one from taking antibiotics, wearing tight, sweaty panties, and more.
It is actually caused by too much of the bad yeast taking over the good yeast. It’s not a "dirty" disease as it used to be thought of.
If it’s itchy and painful, get some over the counter cream. It’s like $4 and up. Or you can eat a ton of yogurt which is full of the good stuff.
