I think you should start taking COD LIVER OIL. It has many health benefits, but it helps keep you regular too. Once I started taking it I would go to the bathroom 2 -3 times a day. I would take 1 tbsp a day, and there are flavored kinds that actually taste good. The best place to find this is at a health food store.
Good Luck! Thanks for reading!
I know how you feel, reading your blog makes me feel like i’m looking in the mirror!! I’m going through the same thing and have been for the past few years, and then i kinda got better and discovered acupuncture and conselling. sounds crazy but they are both really helpful. I have thyroid problems as well as candida, or so i think, so I’m going to get a comprehensive stool analysis done. This determines the state of your gut and whether you have any parasites or anything like that so check it out. and yes candida does constipate and it gives you thin stool. its really not nice and i eat well. But carbs also constipate so try to say no no, i know how hard it is!!! mind the pun!
