Yogurt is said to help, don’t know if it works, but might be worth a try–it’s cheap.
Eat a bunch of yogurt, or buy acidophilus in the health food store. They both are sources of the bacteria you need to balance the yeast bacteria. The yogurt must say active live culture or something like that and you should avoid sugar and pennicillin for a while.
try acidophilus or pro-biotics capsules. You can get yeast overgrowth with certain medicines like antibiotics which not only kill off the bad germs but the good germs too. Pro-biotics replace the "good" germs and helps fight against the yeast. some people say eating yogurt helps but most of the (good) bacteria is processed out of the stuff you buy in the store. I’d recommend taking the capsules.
