I have Candida albicans and im vegan
first off i want to say i know it sucks balls stupid candida
actually meat isnt really good for u if ur on a candida diet,
lentils are really good for protein
beans are okay too but if ur gonna eat beans just know that u cant eat canned food
it all has to be fresh,
and brown rice since the diet requires u to eat low carb i mean its okay to eat but not too much like a small bowls good ,i eat buckwheat which is pretty good (really healthy too!!)
and just to make sure u dont eat peanuts right? peanuts naturally contain mold which is bad for u and good for candida so u gotta give that up
*cries* (hhaha i know i love peanutbutter)
and eat a lot of fresh greens like spinach, swiss chard, and kale sooo yummy
ive been on the anti-candida diet for about ummm almost 8 months
and im not gonna lie its hard and temptations annoying but it gets easier trust me
if u have more Q’s heres my email tokiohotelforever7@hotmail.com
