Hello!
I am a vegetarian as well and know all about over-active yeast. I eat a lot of quinoa, amaranth, barley, oatmeal; many grains that are high in protein. Quinoa is really good mixed in with salads as well. Of course tofu s a wonderful replacement (just make sure it’s organic).
Hope this helps. Take care my vegetarian friend
Quinoa, beans, nuts, and lentils are all sugar-free and high-protein.
peanut butter and tofu have a lot of protein in them.
