He could have chlamydia still, or another infection. If yous were sexually active before and presumed activity since, one of you could have been infected and reinfected each other. Its best that you both go get checked and wait for your results before having any sexual activity. If either of you have any sort of infection, you should be diagnosed, treated, than tested again before resuming any sexual activity. This is crucial in treatment to stop all sexual relations, to stop reinfection. Any sort of discharge from the penis, whether it still be chlamydia or not; is not normal and should be checked by a doctor at the soonest possible time.
