you can catch a whole lot of other things too like HIV…and how does she know it’s human blood?
You can get almost any disease this way! PERIOD!
It is the world’s leading cause of preventable blindness, affecting approximately 500 million people.
Chlamydia is the "great unknown STD" and to be honest, if they drink blood, they probably do alot of other wild stuff, so I truely doubt she got it that way! She could have also "borrowed" a vibrator or other device from her sister, performed oral sex, or had it performed on her (hey, we all have different definitions of "sex.") So there could be an innocent way for her to get it from her sister, the point is both of them need to be treated, now.
About half of all men and three-quarters of all women who have Chlamydia have no symptoms and do not know that they are infected. It can be serious but is easily cured with antibiotics if detected in time. Equally important, Chlamydia infection of the eye is the most common cause of preventable blindness in the world. Blindness occurs as a complication of trachoma (chlamydia conjunctivitis)
Chlamydia may also cause Reiter’s Syndrome, a form of arthritis, especially in young men. About 15,000 men get Reiter’s Syndrome from chlamydia each year in the USA, and about 5,000 are permanently affected by it.
Almost half of all women who get chlamydia and aren’t treated by a doctor will get pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), a generic term for infection of the uterus, fallopian tubes, and/or ovaries. PID can cause scarring inside the reproductive organs, which can later cause serious complications, including chronic pelvic pain, difficulty becoming pregnant, ectopic (tubal) pregnancy, and other dangerous complications of pregnancy. Chlamydia causes 250,000 to 500,000 cases of PID every year in the U.S.
If your friend keeps drinking blood, most likely your friend will end up with Hep A or C "first" and then something like Toxemia (your body wasn’t designed to "ingest or absorb" blood through the intestines), she will probably get something like or similar to "toxic shock syndrome, TSS" i.e., the same as from leaving a dirty, bloody tampon in for say 2-3 months. Not a pretty thought, but accurate, look it up. Of course she could end up with something deadly too, you never know!

Chlamydia trachomatis can cause the following conditions:
* Genital infections
* Conjunctivitis
* Pelvic inflammatory disease
* Pneumonia in infants
* Urethritis
* Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome
* Reiter’s syndrome
* Lymphogranuloma venereum
Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease. It can only be transmitted from one person to another through sexual contact. That means, oral sex, genital sex or anal sex. It cannot be transmitted via toilet seats, sharing washcloths, sharing underwear, drinking blood or other means.
However, if your friend is drinking blood, she could be exposing herself to other diseases such as Hepatitis A, B or C, and HIV, which are far more serious than chlamydia.
Since she has developed this infection, she is not likely a virgin.
– from a Health Promotions Nurse–
yes, you can catch it through blood. Why does she drink blood? Your friend is weird.
It’s transmitted through body fluids.
So i guess it is possible.
As weird as the blood drinking ceremony may be.
have you not heard of oral sex?
thats a crock of shit, im thinkin.
only transmitted by sexual means…
no. And you cant get chlamydia through body fluids, olny through direct sexual contact.
yes, especially if she had a cut in her mouth. hydrochloric acid may destroy some of it but not all. fluids are immediately absorbed into blood stream once consumed.
luckily, it can be treated and cured.
Drinking human blood is very dangerous and something she needs to seek help for. I find the whole thing hard to believe. Where does the blood come from? If she has a cut in her mouth and drinks blood, I would say she is exposing herself to the possibility of all kinds of diseases including but not limited to AIDS!
Blood drinking ceremonies? Your friend is a vampire and definitely not a virgin. She’s pulling a real fast one. Don’t believe her.
If the blood there drinking is infected then it is possible. She needs help drinking human blood or blood of anything is really bad she could get far worse. Its also not legal to do that. Its one thing if you stop a bleed with you mouth on your own body but Blood drinking……
ok yes you can but why would you want to go to a blood drinking ceremony that is a little freaky
Don’t fucking drink blood. See, now that’s one less thing to worry about.
Did she tell the Dr. she was a virgin? because the Dr. can check her hymen and see if she is or not. I believe that she had to have contact with a penis or vagina to get it. She may have had oral sex with someone or something but not from drinking she doesn’t want to tell you something or maybe she was taken advantage of so she needs to get that hymen checked if she was a virgin seriously.
Drinking blood is a lot like eating uncooked meat… We cook food (meat products mostly) in order to make it safe for consumption.
Whatever bacteria, viruses, or parasites are present in the blood is going to get a free ride directly into your body through blood drinking.
no I dont think so, but there are other things that can be contracted from drinking blood. Hasnt she ever heard that there is no such thing as a vampire. That is so gross she can get HIV, have you told her that.
