I don’t think so. But maybe If you were using your hands on someone else and started using your hands on yourself it might be a slight chance. But you know all these STDs need heat and warm places to be to survive. So it would be kind of hard for that to happen.
i dont know about stds but if your hands are real dirty you can give yourself a urinary tract infection.

If you’ve been in contact with someone who has an STD, especially herpes, and you touch your gentials then its likely you’ll contract whatever disease that they have. Wash your hands and reduce your worries. Happy Playing!!!
