Brown rice is fine. It is mostly sugar and yeast that feeds candida.
You’ve been duped by quacks.
There is no such condition as Candida overgrowth. Even if there was, the diet they tell you to use would not work.
Basic physiology. Simple sugars are readily absorbed by the small intestine. They don’t make it to the large intestine where microorganisms actually live in large numbers. On the other hand, humans cannot digest complex plant matter easily. Some of the bacteria in our colon can. This would produce sugars that could then be utilized by any yeast.
yes brown rice is great on the diet. for ll diet information about what you can and cannot eat, go here:http://fibromyalgia-irritable-bowel-candida-support.com/anti-fungal-diet.aspx. Potatoes and sweet potatoes are fine too.
