Unless she has been having intercourse with someone else there is no way that you can pregnant from stress alone or having an STD for that matter. She may miss a period due to stress because her hormones are in overdrive at the moment. Is she reading the tests correctly. 80 per cent of women can be pregnant and miscarry before they even realize they were pregnant in the first place. That is a medical fact because I have had a miscarriage myself and my obstetrician has informed me of this. It is highly unlikely that she would be pregnant. Unless she has been having intercourse with someone else there is no way that you can pregnant from stress alone or having an STD for that matter.
