For the past couple days.. my dog has been walking around dripping this milky discharge from her area. She’ll lick herself profusly and the carpet if she finds a spot where she leaks. i’m not exactly sure but i think she might have recently had a cycle but now the milky discharge is starting to look more like blood (that smells really bad) The milky discharge started as little drips but now whatever it is that’s dripping drips in NOT LARGE but big amounts… I’ve tried to stop the dripping by putting on my own homemade version of a diaper with a pad and underwear (sad i know) at around 11:00 pm and by 1:00 am the underwear was completely soaked. I’m not sure if it’s due to her age or if it’s an infection but it’s almost financially impossible to take her to see a vet… Can anyone give some sort of advice to what i should do to make me dog more comfortable… Pills, a Vet’s number, anything is appreciated…

I have my period and I was wondering if anyone had heard that if you put napkin in your underwear it will cause an infection. Sometimes I do that because my pad gets full and I dont have a pad. Does it cause an infection? Or is that a rumor my friend made up?

Can you get chlamydia from trying on pants with no underwear on right after someone else with no underwear on that has chlamydia tried the same pair on and left a moist vaiginal discharge?

i had this intense itch, redness n whitish-yellowish discharge a few months ago, after a few days it subsided. i hope that it would eventually go away, but after months, the whitish-slightly yellowish discharge still remains, though the itching only occurs when the discharge accumulate too much in my underwear. otherwise, minimal itching, the swelling is not there too. i think it has gotten quite mild, but i wanted it to disappear completely.

after i went to see a gynae, he told me it’s most probably vaginal candidiasis and gave me a 150mg fluconazole(diflucan) tablet. it’s been two days now since i’ve taken it. how long will it take to clear up? what are the signs that the infection is receding? (remember my infection is not so serious) and how many days should i wait before i go to see the doctor again if it does not clear up?

I’m a medical student, have a pen-torch which i use with a mirror to see into my vagina. today there are still patches of whitish mucus in my vaginal, how long will it take for it to clear up?
it just happened out of the blue, not on any contraceptives pills or anything like that. 1 150mg fluconazole tablet is supposedly enough for vaginal candiasis( written on the information paper of the tablet)

I am 37 weeks and until now my discharge was thick and milky and now it is very watery. Could anyone tell me why this is happening? It stared last weekend when i was at a wedding, I wore tight leggings and my underwear was soaked by the end of the night. I figured it was sweat but than the 2 days after i had no discharge and than abut 4 days ago i have been having very watery discharge 2-3 times a day

I had thrush and used the Canestan 6 day cream, and it went away for a couple of days, but now it’s back. I don’t understand why as I am not on antibiotics, and I don’t wear bad underwear, and my hygiene is good. I don’t use harsh soaps either. I can’t afford anymore treatments for a month so what can I do? I can’t use yogurt either because of my strong beliefs. I have heard vinegar helps. Is this true?

I have been plagued with outer external labia itching for most of the summer which also hit me the last two summers. I had a tonsillectomy on July 18th, after already having gone through two separate rounds of antibiotics (I was misdiagnosed for the month prior) and yet another round after surgery, so I have assumed it’s a yeast infection (typical symptoms and what not). I have tried two separate kinds of OTC yeast infection treatments and they helped somewhat, but not completely. Because this has occurred the last two summers in addition to this one, it’s nothing I haven’t dealt with before, but it’s driving me nuts! It’s just kind of odd; it’s not bumpy or raised or anything. Just red and irritated along where underwear bands would be. It somewhat resembles a diaper rash which makes me think it could be urinary related or I’ve heard of ph levels being off before. On a side note, my cycles are very irregular and is it possible it’s hormonal? It’s not painful or anything and I can be intimate with someone without discomfort (not that I’ve wanted to particularly). Anyone have any ideas? I’m making an appointment with a doctor this week, but it would help to have suggestions. I ask that you please be polite and helpful; I don’t need immature comments. Thanks!
