I had a cystoscopy a few months ago. I feel like he did not go into the bladder. I now have another UTI and I am worried about bladder cancer. If he had gone into the bladder my worries would be rested because he would’ve already seen if I had tumors in there. Is there ever a case when a urologist wouldnt go into the bladder during a cystoscopy?

I am on birth control and was given an antibiotic prescription today. I’m taking the antibiotics today and for 3 more days.
How long will they reduce the effectiveness of my birth control?

My husband has cold symptoms. It started with a sore throat. The sore throat went away, then came congestion and a headache. He has so much pressure in the sinus area he thinks he might have a sinus infection. He has been sick for 2 or 3 days. Should he start antibiotics just in case of infection? Or should he wait a few more days? The reason I ask is that I know antibiotics won’t help him if he just has a cold virus.
