I had these small red sores on my genital area a few weeks again that itched a lot, so I finally told my mom when it started producing a discharge. Since I just got off antibiotics, we assume it’s a yeast infection. I am sexually active but it’s only with my boyfriend and he was a virgin before me so I’m wondering how I could get an std… There are small white bumps that I can feel only when I touch them and I can pop a few but it doesn’t hurt that much when I do. I have other patches all over my vagina that look like bumps, but feel smooth as if nothing was there. The spots with the bumps I can feel itch a lot even after this being the third time I’ve tried to get rid of it as a yeast infection. First time I tried it burned and itched so badly when I used the medication that i had a hard time sleeping. Now it’s actually starting to die down a lot, but I still feel the opening burning and those patches of feelable lumps… Is this really a yeast infection or is it something different?
How could you tell if he (or she) has genital herpes and they just aren’t inflamed? Would I get them even though he doesn’t have any warts on his penis at the moment? We have a lot of unprotected sex.

I got treatments for a Urinary Tract Infection. I do not know if I have Chlamydia, but I was wondering if it was caused by that. If it was, will the STD be undetectable if I get tested for it?

I had to go to the ER 9/10/2010, as I had no Insurance. I had burning while urinating, just generally uncomfortable down there, they gave me a pelvic exam and said I had alot of discharge. They also tested me for Ghonhareaa(Cant spell it) and Clamidiya, both test came back negative, the day after the ER visit.
So they think I have some sort of infection. They gave me a shot in the hip, also gave me Azithromycin 500mg, two tablets, which I took as directed. They also gave me Cephalexin 500mg x14 tab, two a day, which I am taking as directed.
This morning I woke up feeling awful, think I have a bit of a fever. I believe i have a severe yeast infection now, it is so painful and uncomfortable. So I went to the Pharmacy and got a Monistat 1 day treatment pack and used it. I have had yeast infections before from taking antibiotics, but this is the worst, most painful I have ever had. PLEASE HELP
