I got Chlamydia, but my bf is clear… Is it possible to get it from other ways? Is it possible, since I just went to a cheap free-clinic, that maybe they misdiagnosed me? I took the pills they gave me and then started to notice even more discharge so i went back. Then the doc told me i had lots of yeast, so then i did the whole Monistat 7 thing, and still have even more discharge. I wanna go back to when I supposedly had Chlamydia because then I didnt notice any problems!!
My bio book says "The plasmid genes provide resistance to antibiotics, direct the metabolism of rarely encouraged nutrients…" Why can plasmid genes do all this but the regular bacterial chromosomal genes cannot?
Or are they just saying that having plasmid genes increases the chances of being antibiotic resistant and breaking down these rare nutrients?
I have always had a "normal" period.. ever since I first started. But recently my period has been very very VERY light.. and it lasts for about 2 weeks with some days having no bleeding at all. I have had unprotected sex recently.. Im scared that maybe and STD is causing this change.. I am planning on getting tested, but until then I am wondering if maybe an STD can affect my menstrual?

I’m looking for a probiotic supplement capsule that is NOT encased in a gelatin casing. My boyfriend is extremely intolerant to pork, and gelatin contains pork traces. He’s not actually Jewish or Muslim, I just know that both of these would have no gelatin in them.

I have a yeast infection, well. . . .in my anal area actually. Monistat 7 helps the itching, and is more of a quick fix. . . but it hasn’t gone away. The discomfort is unbearable. Can anyone suggest anything else that might be a little stronger??
