Here´s your answer… First the obvious…
The symptoms (you may not experience all of them):
- white cottage cheese-like discharge
- some odor
- dryness (can cause bleeding)
- digestive problems
- itchiness
- burning urination
- painful intercourse
- a feeling of just not being "normal"
Here are some safe, natural cures you can implement.
- avoid scented soaps
- avoid sugars and complex carbs for a week
- air out the infected area while you’re sleeping at night
- add grapefruit extract to your water during the day (balances hormones)
- eat probiotics like cottage cheese and yogurt
- shower frequently
-drink lots of water and eat plenty of fiber to flush the infection

I do not know about the yeast infection, but I can help with the sinus infection because most likely it will return.
YOu can take care of it without medications.
Use the OTC med for yeast, then use this for sinuses.

THere are many kinds of bacteria that live in the sinuses, and this gets rid of all the bad ones!.This is the only thing that really helped me — my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria.
you need
distilled water
sea salt
liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.
in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature.
add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.
using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.
Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.
The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don’t get rid of them all.
Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.
Then do it once a week for maintenance.
There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me.
I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.

Eat yogurt with live cultures in it. That usually helps me when I get one.
I was told monistat 7 is okay throughout pregnancy.
Well he shoud have given you a prescription for a certain product for yeast infections thats what my doctor did. I think you may need to go to the doctor again and see if he can give you a prescription for a medication that you can use, I had a yeast infection about a week ago it was gone in like 4 days.
Put some yogurt on a tampon and put it in. Sounds gross, but a midwife told me this one, the natural bacteria in the yogurt kills the yeast. ( Should be plain, natural unsweetened yogurt.)
try natural yoghurt its ment to be really good you poor thing i suffer sinus infections as well it feels like ive had one thing after another and im 15 weeks good luck with your bub
I had them a few times when I was pregnant. I would drink plenty of water and cranberry juice. There are also cranberry pills that you can take that relieve the discomfort for a few hours. They are OTC, so just go to your local drug store! Good luck and God bless!
